Treatments

It matters a great deal to me to respond to how you feel and what you wish for, so that your treatment achieves the best possible result.

For this I bring a wealth of expertise, experience and a love for my profession.

Individual massage

Every person is different – and every day feels different. That is why I tailor the massage to how you feel today, to your needs and to your personal concerns.

Depending on the situation, I combine different treatment techniques and bring all my knowledge and experience into the treatment. The result is a massage that suits you and supports you as well as it possibly can.

Classic massage / therapeutic massage

Classic massage is the external, manual treatment of the musculoskeletal system through pressure, pulling, shaking, stroking and tapping. This method can also have a beneficial effect on diseased internal organs. The main purpose of massage is to preserve or restore the harmony of the body through the art of touch.

Manual lymphatic drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage stimulates the lymphatic system throughout the body so that congested tissue fluid can drain more easily. The technique relieves pain, strengthens the immune system, has a detoxifying effect and stimulates the performance of the lymphatic vessels.

Foot reflexology

All regions and organs of the body are reflected in the feet. Health problems show up as spots that are sensitive to pressure and pain. Application: activating the body's self-healing powers and positively influencing a wide range of disease processes.

Connective tissue massage (Dicke method)

Connective tissue massage is a manual stimulation therapy using various techniques on the skin, the subcutaneous tissue and the fascia. These techniques act not only locally: through specific nerve stimuli they also have remote effects on internal organs.

Jaw balance

This gentle, relaxing treatment balances the jaw joint and thereby has a positive effect on the whole body. A balanced jaw supports a balanced body. It is used, for example, for migraine, stress, neck and shoulder pain, jaw pain after dental treatment and teeth grinding.

Trigger point therapy

A trigger point always develops as a result of a muscular imbalance. Trigger point therapy treats so-called myofascial trigger points: areas of locally increased tension in the skeletal muscles. Trigger points are more sensitive to pressure, and pain can radiate from them into other parts of the body.
